Check-in/Check-out time: Check-in at 1 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged 50% of the tariff if they are 6+hours before check-in time or after check-out time.

Pets allowed: There is no extra charge for pets. They are not allowed on the beds, furniture, kitchen and dining areas. Owners need to clean up after them and ensure that they don’t disturb other guests. Pet food can be provided at an additional charge.

Smoking allowed: Only on the terrace and in the garden area – not in the house and rooms.

Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. This to be strictly followed. It is a local law which the police take very seriously. The caretaker can ask guests who don’t follow this rule to leave the house and the advance payment will not be refunded.

Commercial photography/filming: Not allowed

Events: Events such as birthday celebrations and family get togethers allowed.

Number of guests: The entire property can accommodate up to 15 – 16 guests. The tariff for the entire property includes 15 guests. The tariffs for the suite and rooms include 2 guests. There are extra charges per additional guest in the house/suite/room.
Rooms: After 2 guests, ₹500 per person, per night.
Suite: After 2 guests, ₹750 per person, per night

Guest requirements: All guests are required to have a confirmed phone number, email address and payment information. As per local government rules, you will need to enter your name, address, contact details, email ID in a register and provide a copy of your ID (Passport/Aadhar card).

Check-out instructions: Please switch of lights, fans, geysers and air-conditioners at check-out time and return the room keys to the Manager/Caretaker. We have the right to examine the room at check-out time. Guests are liable to pay for any damage to the property.
